Complaints Resolution

Purpose
At WWF, people are at the heart of what we do. Upholding respect for, and ensuring the safety and rights of employees, partners and the communities we work in, is core to our organisation. Any breach of that should be reported without fear of reprisal and every person we work with should feel empowered to safely do so. 
This Complaint Resolution is applied in connection with WWF-Viet Nam projects and activities. It will be disclosed to all staff and any associated third parties (including local communities). ]


Submitting your concerns
Your concerens can be reported through the following channels: 

  • WWF International: “EthicsPoint” (click HERE) to report. After having sent your message, you will receive an ID and a password on the screen. Please save these in a secure manner. You can choose to remain anonymous throughout this dialogue.

Remember, if it does not feel right, it is best to report it.

We aim to acknowledge receipt of your message within 24 hours and will provide an update within 10 calendar days.

Complainants may also log their complaints to local Authorities following current Viet Nam regulations on complaints and Denunciations. Local authorities shall verify and inform WWF-Viet Nam to cooperate in settlement of the concerns based on the nature and type of the complaint.
